Sending EWC Paper Claims to the Correct Address

The Every Woman Counts (EWC) Program Office is receiving claims directly from Providers and Billing Agencies. Please note that the EWC Program Office is unable to process claims and adjudicate payments. All the claims for EWC recipients are processed and adjudicated by the California MMIS Fiscal Intermediary. If providers have sent claims to the EWC Program office and have found that they have not been reimbursed, please resend the affected claims to the address below.

Important: If providers are utilizing a Billing Agency and the Billing Agency is submitting paper copies, please verify that the Billing Agency is submitting all claims to the address below:
