Transaction Services – Reset PIN Monthly to Retain Access to Testing Environment

Beginning August 6, 2021, Provider Identification Numbers (PINs) for the testing environment will expire each month. If providers wish to maintain access to the testing environment, they will need to request a new PIN on a monthly basis. To request a PIN, call the Telephone Service Center (TSC) at 1-800-541-5555.

This change helps to ensure providers do not accidentally log into the test environment to submit transactions or recipient presumptive eligibility verification requests.
