New Login Process on the Medi-Cal Website for Presumptive Eligibility Application Users

With the implementation of the new Medi-Cal Learning Portal (MLP), the login process for the new MLP will soon change.
For established provider presumptive eligibility users, make note of the changes outlined below:
- The User ID of the new MLP will now be the email address registered within the existing MLP. Users will need to verify and make note of the email address in the existing MLP.
- The password will not be transferred from the existing MLP. This means that MLP users will need to reset their password when accessing the new MLP for the first time. The password reset will be sent to the email address of record in the existing MLP.
- New presumptive eligibility providers, who may need to associate multiple NPIs to a single User ID/email address will need to contact the Telephone Service Center (TSC) at 1-800-541-5555 for assistance until new functionality is available later this year.
First-time provider presumptive eligibility users must complete all of the steps identified below to access certain applications on the Medi-Cal Provider Website and Transaction Services Portal.
These changes will be reflected in forthcoming Hospital Presumptive Eligibility (HPE) and Presumptive Eligibility for Pregnant Women (PE4PW) user guides.
For assistance or additional information regarding the MLP refresh, please contact the MLP support team by email at CAMMISAccountTraining@dxc.com or call the TSC at 1-800-541-5555.
