Faxed Pharmacy TAR Receipts

Beginning Friday, April 3, 2020, after 4:30 p.m., Medi-Cal began experiencing technical difficulties accepting faxed paper pharmacy Treatment Authorization Requests (TARs). This issue was resolved as of 4:15 p.m. on Monday, April 6, 2020.

Although faxed paper pharmacy TARs were received during this timeframe and are currently being processed, pharmacy providers who received a failed fax error message should re-fax their paper TAR(s) immediately. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
