Inject List Update

The following drug descriptions have been revised in the injection list to reflect the national descriptor:

“Recombinant Erythropoietin – ESRD (Epogen/Procrit) – 1,000 units” has been changed to “Epoetin alfa, 1000 units (for ESRD on dialysis)” and moved from page 16 to page 7 of the Injections: List of Codes section.
“Recombinant Erythropoietin – non-ESRD (Epogen/Procrit) – 1,000 units” has been changed to “Epoetin alfa, 1000 units (for non-ESRD use)” and moved from page 16 to page 7 of the Injections: List of Codes section.

This information is reflected on manual replacement pages inject list 7 and 16 (Part 2).
