An encore presentation of the September 26, 2006 National Provider Identifier (NPI) roundtable is now available 24 hours a day through Wednesday, October 4, 2006, including the weekend. Due to the overwhelming response that exceeded expectations, many providers were unable to join the roundtable conference call hosted by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).

Providers can listen to the 90-minute replay of the roundtable by following the instructions listed below:

1. Dial main phone number: 1-800-642-1687
2. Enter the conference ID: 4795739 and then press the “pound (#)” key.
3. A voice prompt will identify the CMS HIPAA Roundtable as the conference replay you want to hear.
   Press “1” for “Yes.”
4. Listeners will then be prompted to say and spell their name at the tone and then press the “pound (#)” key.
5. The conference will then begin with an introduction by a conference operator.
