Providers May Experience Changes to their Regional Representatives

Beginning October 1, 2019, Medi-Cal anticipates some providers will experience a change in Regional Representative assignment. Any work in progress will be reassigned accordingly, so there is no loss of service. Providers seeking Regional Representative support are reminded to contact the Medi-Cal Telephone Service Center at 1-800-541-5555 to request a site visit or support services. The Regional Representative assigned to your area will contact you directly for scheduling.
