Customer Satisfaction Survey Closes September 26, 2016

This is the last week to take the provider customer service survey as the survey closes September 26, 2016.

The Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) is committed to providing its customers with the best service and quality. In line with our commitment to continuous improvement, we are examining our Fiscal Intermediary (FI), Xerox State Healthcare, LLC (Xerox), and its Provider Relations Organization (PRO) activities that are performed for the Medi-Cal program. The best way to do this is by asking you to participate in our Customer Satisfaction Survey and to provide us with your opinion on how the FI is performing.

The survey will ask you about your experiences when interacting with PRO entities, such as the Telephone Service Center (TSC), regional representatives, and provider seminars/trainings. We encourage you to participate and help us identify the ever-changing needs of providers and adapt customer services accordingly.
