Provider Customer Service Survey

The Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) is conducting a customer service survey that will be posted on the Medi-Cal website (www.medi-cal.ca.gov). The purpose of the survey is to determine the effectiveness of its Fiscal Intermediary (FI) for Medi-Cal, Xerox State Healthcare, LLC (Xerox), Provider Relations Organization (PRO) activities that are performed for the Medi-Cal program.

DHCS will ask you about your experiences when you interact with PRO entities, such as the Telephone Service Center (TSC), regional representatives, and provider seminars/trainings. We encourage you to participate and help us identify the ever-changing needs of providers and adapt customer services accordingly. Your input will also help us evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of provider services performed by the DHCS FI, Xerox.
