Reminder to Attend the DHCS Pharmacy Survey Informational Webinar

The California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) has contracted with Mercer Government Human Services Consulting (Mercer), a part of Mercer Health & Benefits LLC, to conduct a survey of purchase prices for generic drugs. This informational survey will provide a comparison between purchase prices for generic drugs and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services National Average Drug Acquisition Cost (NADAC).

All information collected through this survey will remain confidential. Neither DHCS nor Mercer will release or otherwise make public any information that names and/or discloses the business, financial, personnel or other information provided by individual pharmacies or chains in the course of completing this survey.

All pharmacies are welcome to participate in the survey. Survey instructions and materials are now available at http://benefitsuite.mercer.com/sites/capharmacy. The survey completion and collection period will be from January 15, 2016, through February 15, 2016.

Mercer and DHCS will hold instructional webinars on January 15, 2016, and February 5, 2016, from 11 am-12 pm PST. Please join us for more details on the survey materials, submission instructions and frequently asked questions.
