Family PACT Client Eligibility Verification Issue

The Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) has been made aware of an issue when using the Family Planning, Access, Care and Treatment (Family PACT) Internet Transaction application to inquire about Family PACT client eligibility status. DHCS is looking into this issue. Until such time that the issue is resolved, providers are instructed not to use the Internet Transaction application to check client eligibility in Family PACT. Providers are to use the Point of Service (POS) device or Automated Eligibility Verification System (AEVS) to verify Family PACT client eligibility.

Providers are encouraged to check the Medi-Cal and Family PACT websites for updates regarding this issue.
