Effective immediately, as a suspended claims mitigation measure, suspense Resubmission Turnaround Documents (RTDs) will automatically deny once older than 45 days old. This will help reduce the number of suspended claims and allow for providers/submitters to resubmit these claims by supplying the missing information on the original claim.
