During January, the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) and the new Fiscal Intermediary for Medi-Cal, Affiliated Computer Services (ACS), invite you to participate in Medi-Cal provider training webinars. The webinars will be held Mondays through Thursdays at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Providers are strongly encouraged to participate in the January webinars in order to be updated at the start of the year on provider policy and billing information. These webinars:

• Are hosted in real time by one of the provider regional representatives
• Allow you to hear and view presentations as if you were physically in the class
• Offer basic, advanced and specialty classes similar to those offered in the past
• Are accessible through the Medi-Cal Learning Portal or by visiting the home page of the Medi-Cal website

You will also have the ability to print class materials and ask questions during the training sessions. All recorded webinars will be archived in the Medi-Cal Learning Portal. If you are unable to attend a webinar, you can view it at a more convenient time.
