Effective for dates of service on and after July 1, 2010, Expanded Access to Primary Care (EAPC) services must be billed with HCPCS Level II codes and modifiers, in combination with the National Uniform Billing Committee (NUBC) revenue codes to comply with provisions of HIPAA of 1996, Public Law 104-191, Code of Federal Regulations, Title 45, Part 162, Section 162.100.
