ICD-10: Beta Testing and Provider Readiness Survey
Medi-Cal stopped accepting ICD-10 beta test volunteers as of March 1, 2014. Medi-Cal will review volunteer requests received and select a group representative of Medi-Cal to participate in the beta testing. Those who volunteered can expect to receive a response by April 30, 2014. Medi-Cal will conduct testing in the second quarter of 2014. Results will be published for all providers in future Medi-Cal Update bulletins and announced via other communication methods, as appropriate.
April 30, 2014, is also the last day providers may take the ICD-10 Provider Readiness Survey. Providers are urged to take a few minutes to complete the survey as the responses will help Medi-Cal in preparing for the upcoming transition to ICD-10.Reminders
