Medi-Cal eLearning tutorials and overviews are available to help providers better understand various processes on the Medi-Cal Web site. Both new and experienced providers are encouraged to review these tutorials and overviews.
New Tutorial Claims Follow-up Tutorial

The Claims Follow-up tutorial will identify the follow-up options that are available for claims that have been denied or have not been satisfactorily paid. Timeliness and detailed follow-up completion guidelines for the Resubmission Turnaround Document (RTD), Claims Inquiry Form (CIF), and Appeal Form (90-1) will be provided.
