DUR: Alert Criteria

• Early Refill Alert applies to all drugs on the formulary file.
• Drug-Drug Interaction Alert applies to all drugs on the formulary file with a Severity Level 1 drug interaction.
• All other alerts are only set on a selected group of drugs – Target Drugs. Please refer to Section 20 of the DUR Manual for the list of these drugs.
